Part Time Accounts Assistant

 

 

MAA Engineering Recruitment require a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our well-established house building client based within Glasgow.

This is on a part-time basis working within their office, days/hours can be discussed and negotiated at interview stage. Salary will be on a pro-rata basis.

Duties

  • Cashbook and bank reconciliation
  • Allocations
  • Scanning to accounts system
  • Filing
  • Matching Proof of Delivery Notes
  • Post large volumes of invoices
  • Purchase orders
  • Attaching scans to accounts system
  • Utility reconciliations for new homes/sites
  • Subcontractors VAT and CIS return
  • Raising sales invoices to customers
  • Taking telephone calls


Requirements

  • Must be confident on the telephone and have the ability to deal with potential irate candidates
  • Looking for someone who is looking to develop their current skill set and happy to complete necessary training
  • Happy to work in an office environment and help with Adhoc duties as requested
