Business Support Administrator
MAA Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Support Administrator on behalf of our client based in North Lanarkshire.

Role:
- Providing administrative support across various departments within the business
- Maintaining and updating KPI reports and management information using Microsoft Excel
- Assisting with employee training records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date
- Managing staff schedules and supporting workforce planning activities
- Processing timesheets and ensuring records are accurate and maintained
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Supporting management with general administration duties and ad-hoc projects
- Monitoring and maintaining company records in line with internal procedures
- Working closely with colleagues across different departments to support the smooth running of the business
This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent long-term career prospects.
Hours:
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Start and finish times to be confirmed
Pay:
£25,000 – £28,000 per annum basic salary
Company bonus scheme and additional benefits available.
Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Previous administrative experience within a busy office environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience producing reports, KPI data, schedules or timesheets would be advantageous
