Production Manager

Our client is seeking a high-calibre Production Manager to take ownership of manufacturing operations, driving performance, efficiency, and team capability across the site.

This is a key leadership role within a growing business, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on operational output, continuous improvement, and culture on the shop floor.

The Role:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team
Deliver production plans in line with business targets and customer demand
Drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost (SQDPC)
Proactively identify and resolve production challenges to minimise downtime
Embed a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless production flow
Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational discipline
Utilise data and systems to monitor performance and inform decision-making

Required:
Proven experience leading large-scale production teams in manufacturing
Strong track record of delivering against operational KPIs
Engaging, hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience driving continuous improvement / lean initiatives
Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and output
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office

The Details:
Monday to Friday
40 Hours, Dayshift
